Content Designer

We are seeking a talented Content Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create impactful content experiences that enhance user interactions across various platforms. Responsibilities Design and deliver user-centered content for both digital and in-store experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys through effective content strategies. Develop clear and scalable content patterns that simplify complex processes. Engage in discovery, iteration, testing, and optimization within agile product teams. Ensure content aligns with usability, accessibility, and brand voice standards. Skills 4+ years of experience in UX content design, UX writing, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and content strategy. Proficiency in collaborating within cross-functional agile teams. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships. Preferred Skills Experience in retail, e-commerce, or service workflow environments. Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive content design practices.
