We're expanding our onsite Continuous Improvement team and are looking for a proactive, analytical and improvement-minded human who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is energized by solving problems, improving processes and helping teams perform at a higher level.
What You Will Do:
Partner with departments across the Lab to identify process gaps, reduce variation, and improve operational performance Analyze trends, workflow patterns, and performance data to uncover opportunities for improvement Support and facilitate root cause analysis efforts related to process failures, quality concerns, and operational inefficiencies Lead and support cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness Help develop sustainable corrective and preventative actions that address systemic issues — not just symptoms Recommend and implement updates to procedures, workflows, and work instructions based on findings and best practices Work closely with all departments to resolve quality issues. Support change control activities by assessing operational impact and ensuring accurate documentation Collaborate closely with production, leadership, and support teams to improve communication, accountability, and process consistency Assist in investigating customer concerns and identifying long-term preventative solutions Help foster a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, accountability, and operational excellence What Makes You a Great Fit Naturally drawn to root cause analysis, process improvement, and identifying opportunities others may miss You instinctively think: "Why did this happen?" and "How do we prevent it from happening again?"
