Responsibilities:
Review and finalize bid packages Implement Jobs in the Cost System Manage the correspondence within operations and update work-in-progress schedules Billing customers with collecting bad debt Preparing weekly and monthly financial reporting Coordinating with the monthly close-out of the books Prepare, post, send, and collect bills for jobs managed by internal teams Post customer bills and monitor collections for jobs managed by Project Managers Monitor and collect retention per the terms of each contract Update Weekly Billing and Produced Volume reports weekly Lead the branch staff in the monthly closeout process Prepare Year-End Projections Compile information for
Monthly Branch Reports Qualifications:
