Contract Analyst / Procurement Analyst

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Contract Analyst / Procurement Analyst to work in the New Albany, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, and paid time off.

Job Summary :

Supports Procurement Consultants, Procurement Specialists, and Category Managers in the execution of contracting initiatives. Performs analytical work including risk assessment, pricing analysis, total cost of ownership evaluations, demand planning, and reporting. This role will support procurement and the transmission line business unit through the full contract lifecycle, with a focus on material and equipment purchasing and supplier coordination.

Essential Job Functions & Tasks:

Draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex contracts and related documents, including master services agreements, purchase orders, statements of work (SOWs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other contractual agreements Administer the full contract lifecycle, including intake, approvals, execution (DocuSign), performance monitoring, amendments, renewals, and closeout Ensure contractual arrangements mitigate commercial and legal risk while collaborating with stakeholders such as legal, risk, insurance, and credit risk teams Support category managers in defining payment terms, milestones, freight terms, and act as liaison between business unit partners and suppliers Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal business partners and external suppliers to support category strategies aligned with corporate objectives Coordinate with key suppliers and business partners on delivery of high-value manufactured equipment and materials, including price escalation and cost containment efforts

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field; or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree

Experience:
