Aspire Senior Living East Prairie is seeking an experienced and compassionate local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an 8-week contract in East Prairie, MO. The Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a chance for full-time employment after the contract period. Contract Nurse (LPN/RN)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Educate residents and families on health management and care plans. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents. Contract Nurse (LPN/RN)

Qualifications:

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri. Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. This position is intended for local contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
