Job Description On behalf of our client we are looking for a contract recruiter with experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment. This opportunity is 4 days/week onsite and 1 day WFH. This is a 3-6 month assignment working with a collaborative team and a hands on, supportive TA leader. If you have the background required and are available now, please apply immediately. This is an ASAP start. Pay rate : $40-50/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Partnering with hiring managers to understand the role, the priorities and the profiles that are best fit Proactively sourcing and building pipelines of talent Presenting qualified candidates with clear summaries that outline strengths and fit Tracking and managing all candidate activity in the ATS Providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.

Required Qualifications:

Experience as a corporate recruiter in a manufacturing environment At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Demonstrated strength in communication and relationship building skills Sense of urgency.
