Contract RN Supervisor Home Care (PRN / Flexible / Non-Bedside)

Holistic Health Care is seeking an experienced and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Contract RN Supervisor for our non-medical home care agency. This role is ideal for an RN with home health, hospice, private duty, or community-based care experience who is seeking a flexible, non-bedside position . The RN Supervisor will provide oversight through in-home and virtual supervisory visits, support care plan development, and ensure quality and compliance in service delivery. This is a 1099 contractor role designed for flexibility and supplemental income. Key Responsibilities Complete initial in-home assessments for new clients Conduct routine supervisory visits in client homes Perform virtual/phone supervisory visits when appropriate Review and update non-medical care plans Monitor caregiver performance and ensure quality of care Provide guidance and support to PCA/CNA caregivers Document all visits and findings in a timely and accurate manner Communicate effectively with office staff regarding client needs and changes Participate in chart reviews, compliance checks, and quality assurance Complete required office/admin hours (up to 15 hours weekly) Scope of Position This position supports a non-medical home care agency .

Services include:

Personal care assistance Companion care Respite care This role does NOT include skilled nursing duties such as wound care, injections, or medication administration.

QualificationsRequired:

Active, unrestricted South Carolina RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing experience At least 1 year of home health, hospice, private duty, or related experience Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Preferred:

Compensation:

Paid per visit (in-home and virtual supervisory visits) Paid hourly for office/admin time (up to 15 hours per week) Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process based on experience
