Responsibilities Lead engaging and Spirit-filled worship sessions that resonate with diverse congregations Select and rehearse music that aligns with the church's vision and seasonal themes Collaborate with pastors, musicians, and volunteers to plan worship services Mentor and develop emerging worship team members to enhance their skills and confidence Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation and spiritual growth Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow Oversee the training of new volunteers and provide ongoing encouragement and support Skills Strong teaching ability to inspire both team members and congregation alike Proven leadership skills to motivate teams and manage rehearsals effectively Excellent communication skills for clear direction and fostering community engagement Experience mentoring others in musical or spiritual development Deep understanding of worship music styles, lyrics, and liturgical flow Ability to adapt quickly to different service formats or unexpected changes Passion for spiritual growth and creating meaningful worship experiences
