We are hiring a dependable and hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join our Contracted Maintenance Solutions team. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated professional with experience in general building maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing work, and power tools. You'll play an essential role in ensuring our commercial properties remain safe, functional, and visually well‑maintained. This position offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to make a visible impact every day. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required to operate a company vehicle.Job Duties:
Perform routine property and facility maintenance Replace lighting and clean interior/exterior light covers Address minor plumbing and repair issues Conduct roof walks, remove debris, and report damage Clean common areas, vacant bays, signage, and storefronts Schedule and assist with HVAC service and filter changes Coordinate inspections (fire, sprinkler, security, etc.) Reset thermostats and lighting timers seasonally Open and close sprinkler systems based on season Perform winter snow and ice removal Work with landscaping, snow, and maintenance vendors Assist with parking lot maintenance, painting, and safety striping Apply insect control measures as needed Skills & Qualificat ions : Basic electrical and mechanical skills Experience using and maintaining power tools Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail Excellent time‑management and organizational skills Customer‑service‑focused with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work independently and follow direction Valid driver's license with clean driving record Opportunity for summer night‑shift work (paid at double time)Benefits:
