This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can balance legal, commercial, and operational considerations while producing clear, accurate contract documentation. The role will focus on preparing, revising, and negotiating agreements while partnering with internal stakeholders to move contracts through review and approval efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, revise, and finalize service agreements to align with business needs and contractual standards.
- Lead contract discussions with external parties to reach practical and compliant terms.
- Review contract language in detail and recommend edits that reduce risk and improve clarity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements, address redlines, and support timely execution of agreements.
- Maintain organized oversight of active contracts, key terms, and negotiation status throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Ensure contract documents reflect approved business, legal, and operational expectations before signature.
- Provide guidance on contract-related issues and help resolve questions that arise during drafting and negotiation Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial contracts in a detail-focused business environment.
- Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service-related agreements.
- Solid understanding of contract management practices and document control.
- Ability to identify contractual risks and propose practical revisions.
- Excellent written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external counterparties.
- Staffing industry experience is helpful, though not required.
