Contracts Manager

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and accomplished Contracts Manager to be responsible for drafting, reviewing and administering company agreements, the management and maintenance of Reeves' intellectual property (e.g., trademarks, copyrights), and coordination with Reeves' outside legal counsel, for the Company. This role will support the full contract lifecycle from initial draft through execution, amendments, renewals, and post‑execution changes while ensuring accuracy, adhering to approved contract templates, and consistently meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities • Contract Lifecycle Management Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of IP and commercial agreements from approved templates, including but not limited to consulting/service agreements, licenses, work for hire agreements, releases, waivers, confidentiality agreements/NDAs, , event agreements, etc. as well as all amendments, renewals, terminations, and ancillary legal documents. Draft legal language for direct-to-consumer promotions, offers, sweepstakes, contests, etc. from approved templates. Ensure executed agreements and related documentation are properly finalized, stored, and retrievable for audit and business needs. Advise and execute on departmental legal needs and requests (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product Development, etc.), serving as a subject matter resource on standard provisions and drafting requirements. Clearly explain contractual language and requirements to internal stakeholders and provide employee training on the contract management policy and procedures as needed. Partner with outside legal counsel where necessary • IP Management and Maintenance Conduct due diligence on proposed product/category names, trademarks, copyrights, etc. Research and resolve instances of IP infringement (e.g., copyright, trademark infringement, etc.) File copyrights w/ US Copyright Office as needed Obtain/maintain trademarks (providing filing information, proof of use, specimens, etc. to outside counsel) • Special Projects Serve as liaison between outside legal counsel/partners and internal teams on special projects related (e.g., data privacy, digital/web accessibility)

Qualifications :
3-5 years experience drafting, preparing, and administering contracts Direct experience with intellectual property and commercial agreements in a corporate environment strongly preferred Strong written communication and contract drafting skills Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision and organization High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe, and electronic signature management systems (e.g., DocuSign) Strong judgment and issue‑spotting skills Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills required Paralegal Certificate or equivalent legal training a plus but not required Reeves International is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
