• Monitors access at all gates; verifies approval for all visitors/vendors prior to entry, following written procedures related to checking in guests and service workers at the gates by inputting accurate information into the Computer Access Database.
• Patrol the community, being mindful of actions, persons and situations in the community.

Areas to patrol include, streets, golf course, parks, club house.

This should be done by:

Vehicle, Golf Cart, On foot

• Responsible for processing (answering and documenting) all incoming calls to the Gate.
• Disseminating information to appropriate officers, for effective operations of the department as it relates to the access gates, patrols and any pertinent/emergency information.
• Responsible for maintaining all department equipment, including radios, computers, phones, I pads, vehicles, carts, etc. All maintenance deficiencies regarding all CCL equipment and vehicles are to be reported immediately.
• Enforces all Safety and Security rules and regulations.
• Completes reports and logs as required, including, but not limited to Daily Shift Reports, logs, Incident Reports.
• Monitors access control system, as well as the camera systems and infrared fencing systems.
• Responds to emergency situations and fire alarms.

Completes required reports.

Pay:
