Controller (CPA Required) Position Overview The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. This role ensures the accuracy of financial results, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong leadership and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Financial Management and Reporting

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) (or IFRS if applicable)
• Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and closing process
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior leadership Budgeting and Forecasting
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
• Monitor performance against budget and identify variances
• Partner with department heads on financial planning Internal Controls and Compliance
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes Cash Flow and Treasury
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
• Oversee banking relationships and financing activities Systems and Process Improvement
• Improve processes, systems, and efficiencies within the finance function
• Oversee accounting systems and ERP platforms
• Implement best practices and automation where possible Qualifications
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree a plus)
• 7-12+ years of accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
• Experience with ERP systems (MUST have Bloomberg and Python experience)
