Job Description

Controller Salary :
$110,000–$160,000 + 5%

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small accounting team including AP, AR, cost accounting, and cost estimating functions
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes including preparation of accurate financial statements
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and support forecasting activities
  • Coordinate external audit preparation and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
  • Prepare property tax filings and support other regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience required
  • Cost accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing or supervising accounting staff preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems preferred #InMay2026 EB-7047851100
