KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTROLLER

Financial Statements:

Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.

Month-End Close:

Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Manage & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.

Audit Support:

Manage the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Hospitality/5+ years of experience preferred. Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.

Compensation:

$120,000 – $140,000 Base EB-6810923572
