If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are working with companies in Allendale that are adding Controllers to their teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Manage and optimize the company's cash flow, including forecasting and working capital management. Lead the annual budget process and provide regular financial forecasts and variance analysis. Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements to management and stakeholders. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. Drive cost reduction initiatives and analyze production variances to improve operational efficiency. Manage external audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment, including cost accounting and inventory management. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Proven ability to implement and improve financial controls and processes.
