Job DescriptionJob Description Hope Neurological & Medical Services is a growing, multi-state healthcare organization delivering specialized neurological and medical care across Georgia, New Mexico, Arizona, and beyond. We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead the financial operations across all of our locations and entities. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, responsible for the full scope of financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and team development.

What you will do:

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across all entities in compliance with GAAP and applicable healthcare regulations Manage all day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger Lead annual budget development, financial forecasting, and variance analysis for executive leadership Direct cash flow management, banking activity, and investment oversight Partner with the CFO to design and implement financial strategies across a growing organization Recruit, develop, and lead the accounting, payroll, and purchasing team Build and maintain SOPs for all key financial processes What we are looking for: CPA designation required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a controller or senior leadership role Experience in healthcare or a highly regulated industry Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity financial management Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software Experience scaling finance operations in a growing organization Company DescriptionHope Neurological & Medical Services is a growing, multi-state healthcare organization delivering specialized neurological and medical care across Georgia, New Mexico, Arizona, and beyond.
