Controller Part Time

Fully on-site, part time. Palm Beach, Florida. A premier luxury condominium community in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the financial operations of the association and serve as a strategic financial partner to both the General Manager and Board of Directors. This individual will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, operational analysis, and long-term financial planning for the property. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting and financial management, along with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to leadership and board members in a high-touch, service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the condominium association Act as the financial liaison between the General Manager, Board of Directors, and accounting/bookkeeping functions Review and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L reports, balance sheets, cash flow, and general ledger activity Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages to the Board Perform detailed budget-to-actual variance analysis and provide recommendations on operational and financial trends Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPI reporting, and board-level analytics to improve visibility into association performance Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including reserve planning and capital expenditure tracking Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience, ideally within real estate, hospitality, property management, HOA/condominium associations, or private clubs Strong experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and board reporting Ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders and board members in a professional and concise manner Advanced Excel and financial reporting system experience required We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
