What Success Looks Like:
Assist with maintenance and repair requests from manufacturing operations. Support the Manufacturing Engineering team with PLC program improvements and troubleshooting. Help implement wiring upgrades on production equipment to enhance safety and reliability. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by helping organize and optimize the maintenance workspace. Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives through improved documentation and process clarity Your Credentials Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, robotics, manufacturing engineering, or a related field Basic knowledge of electrical systems and industrial electrical theory Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Familiarity with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modification Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Ability to safely use a multimeter for diagnostics Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety This is a paid, full-time internship that will be paid hourly.
