Join our team as a Convention & Conference Services Manger and play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing exceptional group events—from large-scale conventions and corporate meetings to social gatherings and government programs. In this role, you'll be a key player in the success of our events and group functions.

Responsibilities include:

Serve as the primary contact for assigned group events, ensuring consistent communication and flawless execution from planning through event day. Collaborate directly with clients to customize every aspect of their convention or conference—including meeting space, food & beverage, lodging, A/V, and resort services. Manage all logistics using our sales and catering system, including booking, changes, and final confirmations. Conduct site tours and tastings; coordinate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to design tailored menus. Ensure timely processing of contracts, deposits, and payment authorizations. Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments including Banquets, Culinary, Housekeeping, AV, Recreation, and more. Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring they meet client expectations and brand standards. Follow up post-event to gather feedback, express appreciation, and cultivate repeat business. Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets. Maintain accurate records, call reports, and task tracking within the automated sales system. We're looking for candidates with: 1-3 years of experience in conference services, event coordination, or hospitality operations. Outstanding organizational and project management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong eye for detail. Proficiency with event management software and digital communication tools. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. A proactive, service-driven mindset with a collaborative spirit. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for business when needed.
