Conveyor Belt Foreman Requires Splicing Experience $33-$40 per hr

We are looking for a very dependable leader who can go out and lead jobs with multiple employees. Able to go to job sites to ensure everything is being completed in a safe and efficient manner. First and foremost, MUST have above average knowledge of Vulcanizing heavy rubber conveyor belting!! If you do not, please do not apply!

• Responsible for setup for installing conveyor belts
• Completing JSA's
• Communicating with management and customers
• Delegate responsibilities between crew members
• Go from site to site and check on crews
• Must be proficient in troubleshooting
• Attitude
• Must be upbeat and Motivated
• Willing to travel
• Think fast in high speed, heavy industrial environment
• Able to work in the elements
• Highly skilled/trained in Vulcanizing
• Proficient in lagging pulleys
• Proficient in installing belt cleaners
• Proficient in operating heavy machinery
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
• Managerial experience is welcomed but not required!
• Trustworthy, Dependable, Self-Motivated
• Willing to work with/train fellow coworkers
• Home office is in Shelbyville TN but this Postion in Petersburg IN Conveyance LLC and The Thaman Rubber Company are well known in the conveyor belting industry.
