Duties Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of pan-fried dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency. Oversee food production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals during service hours. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food handling, safety procedures, and cooking techniques. Manage inventory control for ingredients specific to pan-fried dishes, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste. Collaborate with the menu planning team to develop new recipes that highlight frying techniques and seasonal ingredients. Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols across all kitchen operations. Lead shift management by coordinating kitchen activities, delegating tasks efficiently, and ensuring smooth service flow. Experience Proven culinary experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong focus on pan-frying techniques. Prior banquet experience is highly desirable, demonstrating ability to handle large-scale food preparation. Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, showcasing leadership skills and team management capabilities. Extensive background in fine dining environments or high-end restaurants that emphasize presentation and quality. Knowledge of dietary department practices, including accommodating special dietary needs and restrictions. Familiarity with inventory management systems, food production processes, and catering operations.
