We're Overview We are proud to create memorable moments for our guests and are looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling and meal preparation, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to our menu planning and overall dining experience. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during meal periods. Assist in menu planning and development, providing input on seasonal dishes or specials. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needed items. Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed. Requirements 1-5 years of experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to prepare various types of cuisine with attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
