Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to hospital nutrition guidelines Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols in the kitchen Help with inventory management and restocking of culinary supplies Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas throughout the shift Support the culinary team in daily meal service and kitchen operations High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in institutional food service preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
