Responsibilities Set up workstations Cook dishes to business standards Follow health and safety guidelines Prepare ingredients for use during shift Answer phone for customer to go orders Help bartender clean and clear tables Stocking work area and putting stock away Ability to embrace teamwork, but also can work independently Hours of kitchen operation Monday-Saturday 9am-10pm and Sunday 11am -10pm This would be just thursday nights 4-10pm and saturday, sunday 3-10pm Qualifications Proven working experience as a cook Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Some flexibility We are looking forward to reading your application.
