Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within the food industry or restaurant settings. Knowledge of menu planning, food handling, and food safety standards. Skilled in culinary techniques including knife skills and meal preparation. Experience with food service operations, catering, or restaurant environments is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen settings while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
