Gringos is looking for a skilled and reliable cook. Experience is a plus, but not necessary background with Mexican cusuine would be a great trait.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience preparing authentic and/or Tex-Mex dishes Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality Dependable, hardworking, and a team player Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
