We are currently hiring a Cook at our facility in East Stroudsburg, PA.

Shift:

We provide free ServSafe certification Hands-on training Clear pathways to grow within our kitchen—whether you want to become a lead cook, kitchen supervisor, or explore a different department entirely.

Responsibilities:

Slice and chop food according to meal requirements. Prepare salads and portion desserts into containers. Stock juices and milk, and assist the Lead Cook when needed. Serve meals to clients and ensure timely placement of food on serving line. Follow assigned menu using sanitary guidelines. Restock cups, napkins, forks, and spoons as needed. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Clean table tops and dining area after each meal. Record daily temperatures of the refrigeration system and food. Perform cleaning duties assigned by supervisor, including sweeping and mopping. Accept food deliveries and check in orders correctly. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Previous food preparation experience preferred Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and ability to operate kitchen equipment preferred ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
