Cook (PM Shift)

Cook (PM Shift) Dining Service Description Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a Cook to join our Dining Service team on campus. The work schedule for this position is Sunday - Thursday from 11am - 7:30pm.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Non-Exempt (Hourly), and Benefits-Eligible.

Pay Range:

$17.00-$18.00 per hour

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare menu items including meat, vegetarian, vegan and halal Prepare menu items using commercial steamers, convection ovens, tilt skillets, steam kettles, fryers and grills Develop unique recipes Work with and mentor college student employees Prerequisites

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
