We are a Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm for over 70 years. Our mission is to treat all staff and residents with love and respect. We are seeking to hire a Cook

• Full-Time.

Starting at $19 per hour.

Full-Time:

Noon to 8pm. Less than 5 miles from downtown Cincinnati.

Cook Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of Cook experience in a nursing home or other Long-Term Care environment. Certification in food safety preferred. Drug test after job offer required.

Cook Job Summary:

Prepare and serve all meals, including salads and desserts, for therapeutic diets according to planned menus. Follow standardized recipes and special diet orders. Serve meals using proper portions and special diet items. Prepare food for special occasions or special resident needs as necessary. Maintain equipment and food storage areas in sanitary and orderly condition. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.
