Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual who wants to join our amazing team. Experience is preferred, but we will train if you're open and energetic to learn. Will cross-train to handle and fill any position so, also, must be willing to be open.

Work:

Food Prep, Expo, and Cook for Small Mom and Pop Breakfast/Lunch spot in Anthony. We are open 7 days per week 6AM-2

Depends on actual experience If you have any questions, please call: 352-390-8020 or email: office@ho-mancontracting.com Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service Serve as an expo by coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all stages of food handling and preparation Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and culinary techniques to ensure quality and efficiency Contribute to catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring all meals meet high standards of presentation and taste Experience Background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry is preferred Experience in fine dining settings or catering environments is a plus Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations Skilled in meal preparation, knife skills, and food presentation techniques Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable experiences through your culinary expertise!
