Saturday:

3 PM- 11

PM Sunday:

4 PM - 9 PM Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to menu specifications and safety standards Cook a variety of dishes, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely service Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cookware efficiently Support food handling procedures to uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards Assist with menu planning and portion control to optimize meal presentation and waste reduction Handle food with care during preparation and serving to ensure freshness and safety Contribute to catering events or special functions as needed, supporting overall food service operations Experience Kitchen experience in restaurants or food service environments is preferred Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices Knowledge of culinary skills such as knife handling, meal prep, and basic cooking techniques Experience in food industry settings that require attention to cleanliness, organization, and efficiency Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks effectively This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary expertise while contributing to a positive experience.
