As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality dining experiences to our members and guests. From à la carte dining to banquet events, you will be responsible for preparing exceptional dishes in a fast-paced and collaborative kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes for daily service and special events.
• Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation of all menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to meet service demands during peak hours.
• Follow established recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist with kitchen prep, inventory rotation, and end-of-day breakdown.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume, upscale kitchens (country clubs, fine dining restaurants, or hotels preferred).
• Proficiency in a range of cooking techniques with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• ServSafe certification (preferred) and solid knowledge of food safety protocols.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
