• $25•$28 Summary The Coordinator, Content Merchandising & Programming (Contractor) supports the day-to-day execution of content programming, scheduling, and merchandising Responsibilities Support channel programming, AVOD merchandising, and promotional updates across platform Use performance data, research, and content trends to support scheduling decisions and programming initiatives Conduct QA checks to ensure accurate content presentation and metadata Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Content Ops, and Partnerships teams Support reporting, workflow improvements, and special projects as needed Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital media, streaming, programming, merchandising, editorial, or related fields Strong interest in TV, film, streaming, and pop culture Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable learning CMS platforms and new tools Proficiency in Workspace and/or Office applications The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually•as applicable.
