Job Description

This is a grant funded position open to current Full Time Internal Faculty Only 3-credit reduced load per semester
Stipend:
Fall/Spring $500 per semester Summer $2160 Winter $540 Coordinates professional development activities for faculty and staff to improve student retention and engagement Schedules Professional Development activities for instruction in all delivery modes and secures presenters and delivery format (in person, zoom) Ensures adjunct faculty and presenters are compensated for participating in training (when applicable) Recommends annual Adjunct Academy programming and coordinatesthe event Offers practical strategies to create a classroom environment which encourages creativity and engagement Offers practical strategies to create a classroom which is non-threatening and conducive to a collaboration and student interaction Must be a full-time faculty member This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location
