We are currently seeking a Product Structure Coordinator. This is a Union Salaried position and reports to the Sr. Leader, Technology at our Natrona Heights Operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Building product structures to provide correct process routings and code cards, which document customer requirements and testing limits. Provide correct processing for order application based on sales order, customer specifications, and metallurgical requirements. This position is also responsible for documenting chemistry and mechanical testing limits to ensure proper material releases and accurate certificates of test. Review requests from inside sales for revisions to sales order limits. Coordinate approval for these requests with Product Metallurgy and revise mill orders as required. Support internal spec code revisions by revising affected code cards and mill orders with new requirements as directed by the specification organization. Build and maintain master part and valid order limit (VOL) records as required by the service center order entry system within Tandem

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A college degree is highly preferred Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes along with an understanding customer requirements for alloy type, finish, edge, dimensional requirement, chemistry and mechanical properties preferred Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are required. Computer proficiency is required in Microsoft Office Products, with an emphasis in Excel. Knowledge of Tandem, and IBM Computer systems are a plus.
