Key responsibilities include scheduling wash bays, managing customer service, preparing documentation (wash tickets/PO), ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily workload, prioritizing tanks for cleaning to ensure efficient turnaround times. Act as the primary contact for customers, providing updates on tank status and resolving issues. Maintain accurate records, manage wash tickets, and generate reports on cleaning activities and metrics. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including OSHA and environmental guidelines, during the cleaning process. Daily digital yard check, verifying trailers in RMS and supporting the terminal for scheduling. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and technicians Previous experience in a fast-paced office setting or automotive environment is often preferred Knowledge of computers, MS Office/Excel, and wash management software. Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a full-time position, hours are M-F 7am-3:30pm
