Copy Clerk Part time

Job will only require work one 6-9 hour shift per week Friday nights only - start time flexible from 5-7pm until all paperwork complete Responsibilities/Duties include:

• Photocopying bill of ladings
• Sorting copies and filing in appropriate folders
• Assist warehouse staff in locating paperwork as needed
• Communicating with drivers, and owner operators professionally and effectively

Necessary Skills/Requirements:

Previous clerical experience in a business environment Ability and reliability to work required hours Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
