COPY ROOM ASSISTANT NEEDED

Duties:

• Operate and maintain various copy center equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners
• Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
• Manage print production workflow, including prioritizing jobs, scheduling production time, and meeting deadlines
• Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency No prior experience required, the firm is willing to train.
