Pay :

$16-$19 Responsible for assembling core components and subassemblies used in manufacturing processes. Ensures parts are accurately built, properly aligned, and meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble core components and parts according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks. Inspect parts during and after assembly to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met. Load, position, and secure materials or components for assembly processes. Perform basic measurements using calipers, gauges, or other tools as required. Identify and report defects, assembly issues, or material shortages to supervisors. Maintain production flow by meeting daily output and quality targets. Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members and production staff to support efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints preferred. Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic mechanical aptitude preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. #LIND26
