Job Description

Administration and maintenance of software systems including configuration of new implementations and supporting processes for ongoing system management across development, testing and production environments. Design and maintain forms as required by staff and management while simultaneously identifying ways to standardize, consolidate, and/or automate solutions. Maintain a working understanding of system features and operations. Evaluate existing system setups; make recommendations to improve performance, increase operational efficiency, and enhance user experience. Serve as the main escalation point for technical support. Partner with business units and vendor support teams to troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed to fulfill business objectives efficiently and effectively. Test, fix, and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved. Support proper user access to systems; add, delete, and modify user access. Conduct and document quarterly review of current users to ensure access and privilege requirements are being met and still necessary to perform standard job functions. Partner with business units and vendors to make recommendations and take user requests for enhancements, improve procedures, and implement initiatives. Review release notes and analyze implications. Participate and coordinate with business units to plan, test, and implement software enhancements/releases; ensure acceptance of delivered solutions. Serves as change management lead for business units; apply change management principles and knowledge to develop strategies including organization assessments, stakeholder analysis, and strategic plan initiatives. Ensure all changes comply with, and adhere to security, data privacy, and other risk and compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Participate in special projects and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Develop and maintain forms across all systems. Three years to five years of similar or related experience. A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program. Above average working knowledge of Core systems (Corelation, MeridianLink, nCino, IMM) General computer experience required, including word and spreadsheet applications. Above average organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail. The Core Systems Admin is responsible for the administration, development, maintenance and support of software systems and associated user support. Design and maintain form solutions across all systems. Collaborates with business units and vendor support teams to identify and understand end user requirements and translate to high quality solutions designed to enhance and improve processes.
