Corporate and Donor Relations Specialist

Welcome House is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Corporate & Donor Relations Specialist to help grow community partnerships and donor engagement. This role is responsible for cultivating corporate sponsors, managing mid-level donor relationships, supporting fundraising events, coordinating community outreach efforts, and enhancing donor stewardship strategies. The ideal candidate is organized, outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about strengthening community support for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Key duties include:

Building and maintaining corporate sponsorships and donor relationships Managing donor stewardship and engagement strategies Supporting fundraising events and workplace giving campaigns Coordinating community outreach and speaking opportunities Managing donor tracking and CRM systems Assisting with private foundation tracking and grant support Qualifications include experience in fundraising, event management, donor relations, and CRM platforms such as Raiser's Edge. Some evening and weekend availability required.

Pay:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
