About the Role
EMINUTES
is looking for an experienced Corporate Filing Specialist for our Wilmington, Delaware office. The successful candidate has directly relevant experience with Secretary of State filings
  • processing formations and corporate changes across multiple states. You know exactly what it means to manage a high volume of filings. If you have hands-on experience at a business formation service company or corporate filing operation and you are ready to work inside a technology-first law firm that is doing something genuinely different in this space

  • and we are growing. What You Will Do
  • Process corporate filings across all 50 states
  • formations, dissolutions, surrenders, name changes, qualifications, assignments, and changes of officers and address
  • Navigate Secretary of State websites and portals with speed and accuracy
  • Work inside our proprietary technology platform to manage, track, and complete filings
  • Communicate professionally with clients
  • business managers, CPAs, and attorneys
  • Coordinate with team members across our Los Angeles, New York, and Wilmington offices
  • Help train and onboard new team members as the Delaware office grows What We Are Looking For
  • Direct experience at a business formation company, registered agent service, or corporate filing operation
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience processing filings across multiple states and entity types
  • Solid understanding of Secretary of State requirements and corporate compliance
  • Experience managing or coordinating filing operations across a high volume of entities is a strong plus
  • Extraordinary attention to detail

  • $90,000
  • 120,000 annually based on experience
