This position supports both U.S. and international tax activities, partnering with tax leadership and cross-functional teams to help maintain compliance, strengthen reporting accuracy, and improve tax-related processes. The role is well suited for someone who can balance hands-on preparation work with analytical review, technical research, and coordination across multiple business areas.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review federal and state corporate income tax filings, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
  • Support the preparation of income tax provisions and related financial reporting items, including account reconciliations, book-to-tax adjustments, and disclosure support.
  • Research tax law, regulatory updates, and accounting guidance to assess business impact and communicate practical recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex tax issues such as entity structuring, transaction-related matters, effective tax rate considerations, and other domestic or international planning topics.
  • Draft technical documentation, summaries, and presentations that clearly explain findings, conclusions, and recommended tax positions.
  • Coordinate tax calendars, compliance deadlines, and departmental priorities while helping improve internal procedures and workflow efficiency.
  • Partner with global affiliates and internal business teams to provide oversight on international tax matters and maintain consistent communication across the tax function.
  • Assist with audits, notices, and other tax controversy matters, while also supporting special projects such as acquisitions, newly formed entities, and nonroutine tax filings.
