Corrections LPN Days or Nights

Start Dates:

Must be able to start on 6/6 or 6/20

Orientation Dates:

13 weeks w option to extend Weekly rotation: 36/48 hours

Scheduling:

4 weeks block booking by the 20th Work week is Saturday•Friday, this is how OT is calculated

Certs:

BLS, IV Therapy Cert LVN must have IV Therapy Certification with a signed off skills checklist

License:

Compact or Texas LVN Experience:

2 years of LVN experience required Travelers that come from HH or hospice can succeed but is rare Floor nursing in LTAC or acute care are most successful Must have at least 1 Year of Acute Care or Med Surg experience LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing and/or Psych is a plus to succeed in this environment
