• Job Overview:

• Staywell Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to children in clinic, school, or home-based settings. Responsibilities
• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising OT
• Work with pediatric patients to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, and functional independence
• Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with therapists, parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals
