Job Description:

Firm Advice is conducting a search for a litigator who can start work immediately to assist a boutique, DC federal regulatory firm in the defense of a class action. Regulatory experience is not required. The case is in pre-litigation but is expected to go to court. The attorney will assist the team with a range of litigation support, primarily research, case analysis, and writing. This position is interim to possible hire. Position is part-time, between 15 to 20 hours per week. Attorney can work out of DC or Tysons office.

REQUIREMENTS J.D.

from accredited law school. Admission to any U.S. bar is required. Our client can use assistance from an attorney who has 4 to 20 or more years of litigation experience. Complex, multi-party litigation experience a strong plus. Experience with FDA regulations is a plus. Must have a sense of urgency in executing on projects.
