At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. 40 hours/week (may include some weekends or holidays)Hourly Rate:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hourEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist individuals in establishing and maintaining connections with community supports and recovery resources to support ongoing engagement in treatment and recovery services. Support individuals in developing recovery goals, self-advocacy skills, wellness strategies, and long-term recovery supports. Assist with implementation of treatment planning goals through collaboration with clients, families, referral sources, and treatment team members. Assist with facilitation of individual, educational, process, and support group sessions under the direction of clinical leadership as applicable. Participate in treatment team meetings, case staffing, community meetings, trainings, and other program meetings as required. Assist with utilization review preparation, referral coordination, and communication with funding sources, referral sources, and other providers as directed. Maintain client caseload information, documentation, progress notes, and required client records accurately and within established timeframes. Assist with family sessions and discharge planning activities as directed. Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff, including responding appropriately to crisis situations and potential risk concerns. Listen to and support clients regarding treatment-related concerns and recovery needs. Perform clerical and administrative duties required for maintenance of client files and program operations. High schoolDiploma or GED Preferred:
Bachelors degree in a human services or related fieldRecommended:
