Determine the sequence in which boxes and cassettes are opened and counted. Verify accuracy of Money Room equipment and ensure all materials are prepared prior to the count. Control and supervise the secure transport of money and paperwork within the Money Room. Authorize access and manage entries/exits to the Money Room, following Surveillance confirmation. Review all Money Room paperwork for accuracy and sign upon verification. Prepare and sign incident or discrepancy reports related to the drop or count process. Authorize the transfer of cash to the safe area. Observe Count Team performance and report concerns or commendations to Cage Management. Train and mentor Count Attendants on Money Room operations, equipment, and procedures. Assist in scheduling tasks when requested and ensure breaks and meal periods are conducted according to schedule in the absence of management. Maintain thorough knowledge of Money Room equipment and oversee its proper use. Report equipment malfunctions, arrange for further maintenance, and assist guests during minor terminal issues. Follow all key control policies and maintain accountability for issued keys. Protect company assets and ensure the highest standards of integrity and accuracy. Deliver BIG Service by engaging internal guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and professionalism. Maintain compliance with all legal and company regulations required for working in the gaming industry. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced Money Room or Count Team environment preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must pass all pre‑screening and background checks. Internal candidates must have at least six months in their current position with no active corrective action. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license. Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions. Ability to read, interpret, and understand information on computer screens and documentation. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and respond to visual and auditory cues. Requires hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
