Counter Service Associate

Coasta Modern Mediterranean is hiring friendly, hardworking Counter Service Associates to join our fast-casual front of house team. This role is focused on guest service, taking customer orders, maintaining a clean dining environment, and helping create a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests and take orders at the front counter Answer menu questions and provide excellent customer service Operate POS system and handle payments accurately Run food and assist guests as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining room and front counter area Bus and wipe tables throughout service Keep bathrooms clean, stocked, and presentable Sweep and mop front of house areas at the end of shifts Restock front of house supplies and beverages Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and professional with guests and coworkers Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Reliable transportation and punctuality Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Compensation Hourly pay plus shared front of house tip pool Tips are split among front of house team members Flexible scheduling Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Part-time and full-time seasonal positions available.
